We work on tile and metal roofs for homes and commercial properties. Everything from a single cracked tile to a full re-roof, plus the gutters, flashings, valleys and ridge capping that go with them. Every job is quoted in writing and the quote is free.
Roof problems rarely stay in one spot. Water gets in at a junction and shows up in a room three metres away, so the tile above your ceiling stain is often not the one that failed. That is why we trace the cause rather than treating whatever is visible.

Roof repairs
Something specific has gone wrong
If you can point at the problem, start with a repair. Our roof repairs page covers the general case, and there are tile-specific and metal-specific pages if you already know which you have. Most calls turn out to be contained work, and we would rather tell you that than talk the job upward.
Roof restoration
The roof looks tired
This is where restoration and replacement come in, and the difference is thousands of dollars. Restoration keeps a roof that is still sound underneath and brings it back for roughly a quarter to a third of a replacement. Replacement is for when the covering itself has had it. We will show you which one yours is.

Cleaning and painting have their own pages because they are their own jobs. Neither one fixes a leak, and we will not let them be sold to you as if they do. If your roof needs repairs first, we will quote those separately so you can see the difference.
How these jobs fit together
Several of these can be relevant to one roof, but they should not be bundled by default. If your roof needs a repair and a clean, those are two jobs and they should appear as two line items so you can decide on each. We will tell you what is genuinely needed now and what can wait.
The components connect too. Flashing seals the junctions, valleys carry the water off two roof planes at once, ridge capping finishes the peaks, and gutters take it all away. A fault in one often shows up as a symptom somewhere else entirely, which is exactly why we look at the whole water path before quoting.
