How we handle an enquiry

A quote and an inspection are different things
Our quotes are free. A quote prices work we have proposed. An inspection is different: it investigates the roof to work out what is actually going on, or documents its condition before you buy, sell or claim. If that is what you need, our roof inspections page is the place to start.
The distinction matters because they answer different questions. If you know what needs doing, you want a quote. If nobody can work out where the water is getting in, you want it investigated. Tell us which and we will point you the right way rather than selling you the wrong one.
What a good roofing quote looks like
You should be able to read a quote and see exactly what you are paying for. Labels like roof restoration and roof replacement are useful for navigation but they do not tell you what is included. Ours names the roof areas, the components and the work, so you can hold it against anyone else’s and compare like with like.

Tile and metal, and why it matters
We work on both, which means we have no reason to push you toward one. They are genuinely different systems though. Tile fails at the ridges, the valleys and the individual pieces. Metal fails at the laps, the fixings and the flashings.
