We work on tile and metal roofs for homes and commercial properties across Nowra and the surrounding areas, generally within about 20 kilometres of town. That takes in Bomaderry and North Nowra across the river, out through Cambewarra and Falls Creek, north to Berry and Shoalhaven Heads, and down to Culburra Beach on the coast.
We come to you, so there is no showroom to visit. What that radius really means is that we can get to your place, do the job properly and come back if you need us, which is the part that actually matters when something goes wrong.

Your suburb is only half the story
Two houses in the same street can need completely different work. What decides it is the roof material, how old the covering is, what has been done to it before, how we get access and what is actually going wrong.
The suburb tells us how to get there and roughly what sort of housing to expect. The roof tells us everything else.
On a home, most calls start with something visible: a ceiling mark, a tile on the lawn, a gutter running over, or a roof that has quietly gone tired. On a commercial building it is more often about keeping you trading while we work, and coordinating with whoever manages the site.
From there it could be a contained repair, a component job like flashings or valleys, a full restoration, or a replacement. We will tell you which, and we will tell you when the cheapest option is the right one.
What to tell us when you check your area
A short message is plenty. The more you can tell us, the more useful our first answer will be.
- Where it is: the street address if you are comfortable, or just the suburb to start.
- What sort of building: a home or a commercial property, and who we should be dealing with.
- Tile or metal: if you know. Say you are not sure rather than guessing, that is genuinely fine.
- Why you are calling: a leak, something broken, general upkeep, or you are weighing up a bigger job.
- How much of the roof: one spot or the whole thing, based only on what you can see safely.
- Anything awkward: gates, shared driveways, tenants, trading hours or parking. It all affects how we plan the visit.
Photos from the ground or from inside help too. Never climb up to take them, and do not go into the ceiling void chasing a leak.
Before we come out
Once we know we can get to you, we will agree a time and tell you what we need on the day. If the roof needs investigating before anyone can price the work properly, we will tell you that upfront rather than turning up and improvising.
If the property has tenants, staff or shared access, let us know who to coordinate with and when suits. It saves a wasted trip for everyone, and it means we can get straight up on the roof instead of waiting around for a key.

What if I am outside the listed suburbs?
Call anyway. Plenty of jobs sit just outside the usual patch, particularly along the coast and up the mountain, and we will tell you straight away whether we can help rather than stringing you along.
